The two-year twin program of MBA and PGDBA trains the students through four semesters with two specialization.  The third semester starts with Industry Internship with a lucrative stipend and they experience real management practices with the organization for five days a week as a regular employee, the weekend is to report to the Institution.  The students are assured with the placement in the same company where they are intended to do their internship based on their excellent performance and good relationship during the internship.

Under the expert guidance of subject experts in small groups, “MENTORING” takes place. The Mentoring helps the student to ‘Review ‘ the past week work experience and ‘Plan’ for the successive week.  52 mentoring sessions for the whole year makes the students to be readily sought after by the organizations and help AAKSON to achieve its objectives of ‘ reduction of underemployment’ and ‘ reduction of wastage in education’. We proudly feel that this is the secret of our success of placing our entire set of students in coveted positions
